3. Payment & Billing

• All payments must be made in advance for yearly costs.
• Quarterly or monthly payments must be cleared at the beginning of each respective period.
• Failure to make payments on time may result in service suspension.
• Additional services and major software upgrades will be charged separately.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways such as Razorpay, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process user data as per industry standards and regulatory requirements. By using our services, you consent to data collection for improving service quality. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

5. Compliance with Third-Party Policies

We adhere to policies set by Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Razorpay, and Firebase for data security and compliance. Users are required to comply with these policies while using our software and services.

6. Account Security & User Responsibility

• Clients must provide all necessary access to servers, databases, and related systems for project execution.
• Clients must ensure that their use of our services complies with all applicable laws.
• Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of our software is strictly prohibited.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

7. Software Usage & Limitations

• The software is provided as-is, and modifications to existing features will not be entertained.
• Feature requests may be considered for future updates, but implementation is at the sole discretion of Wadhwani Infotech.
• Unauthorized modifications or reverse engineering of the software is strictly prohibited.

8. No Refund & No Cancellation Policy

All payments are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be entertained under any circumstances. Clients are advised to review their requirements before making a purchase.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our software. Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid for the service.

10. Termination of Service

• Wadhwani Infotech reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• If a client is found sharing software with competitors or unauthorized parties, their access will be revoked immediately with no refund.
• Violation of security policies, unauthorized use, or breach of compliance agreements may lead to service termination.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
