1. No Refund Policy
All payments made for our services, including but not limited to software development, customization, licensing, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including:
- Change of mind after the purchase.
- Dissatisfaction with features or services.
- Delayed project timelines due to client-side dependencies.
- Termination of services due to violation of terms and conditions.
- Software compatibility issues arising from third-party services or client-side environments.
2. No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled. This applies to all our software solutions, services, and AMCs. Clients are advised to review their requirements thoroughly before making a purchase.
3. Service Modifications
We may, at our discretion, allow modifications to ongoing service requests based on feasibility. However, such modifications may be subject to additional costs and revised timelines.
4. Compliance with Third-Party Policies
As a service provider, we adhere to policies set by Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Razorpay, and Firebase. Refund requests related to transactions made via these platforms must be addressed directly with the respective service provider.
5. Termination Due to Policy Violations
- If a client is found violating our terms, including unauthorized sharing of software with competitors, their services will be terminated immediately without any refund.
- Any attempt to breach our security, misuse data, or violate compliance policies will result in service termination with no refund.
